I’ve put all the settings required, it’s not difficult; but when I click on the “Save” button, an error message appears, and it says “You have reached your channel customization limit.
You may want to delete some of your custom themes or shorten your profile description”.
I do not have other custom themes and I’ve already shorten my profile description, and it still says that. What can I do? Is there any problem with anything?
Make sure you “UnZip” the folder containing the background. If you have issues e-mail me and I will send you the Background already unzipped and ready to upload. You can UZip or UnCompress the folder using WinZip, PowerArchiver or some other free tool.
You might try deleting some of the profiles used in the past that remain saved above the customization dashboard. Other than that, this is a new problem I have never heard before. Sorry can’t help more.
I have Unzip – of course – the folder, before using it. However, thanks for your advice. I’ll try later. =)
